The IEU runs regular training sessions for reps. These are enjoyable and informative days when reps from numerous schools in a region or sector come together to learn about their rights and responsibilities at work and to develop strategies for strengthening their chapter.
Under new legislation, reps have the right to reasonable time for paid union training during normal working hours. The IEU can help you navigate this with your school.
